Due to the handcrafted nature of our custom-made products (such as curtains, drapes, and other made-to-order items), all customized orders are final sale and non-returnable.

We take great care to ensure every detail meets your specifications. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Please double-check all measurements, fabric selections, and customizations before placing your order. We’re happy to answer any questions prior to production.

For non-customized items, returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To return an item, contact us with your order number. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect.
